Financial Incentives

The 63rd Street Growth Commission offers financial incentives that help local businesses improve their appeal to shoppers. If your business is located in the 63rd Street business district (SSA #3) you may be eligible for:

Awning Rebates
Business owners that install an eligible storefront awning or other decorative feature on their commercial business can receive a rebate of up to $1000 to help cover project costs.

Façade Rebates
Rebates are available for eligible commercial retail building facade renovation, including exterior lighting, new signage, installing new windows and doors, exterior masonry, and certain types of passive security and energy conservation systems.
Rebates are up to 25% of the approved project cost, with a maximum of $5,000 per lease-able business space.

Security Incentives
Business owners that purchase and install eligible surveillance equipment for their commercial businesses can receive a rebate of up to $1000 toward the total project cost.
