Chicago Family Health Center Breakfast Open House

On July 12, Chicago Family Health Center opened a community health center at 63rd and Kedzie (3223 W. 63rd St.) to meet the primary health care needs of the residents of Chicago Lawn and surrounding communities. Their team of family practice physicians provide a full-range of services from prenatal health, to pediatrics, heart disease and diabetes care, and much more. Family medicine treats chronic illness, prevents diseases and focuses on maintaining healthy families.

On Tuesday, August 17 from 7:30-9:30 a.m. the Chicago Family Health Center will be hosting a Breakfast Open House. You will be able to tour the facility, meet the staff and learn more about their services.
